❊ Postpartum Doula Support
Minimum of 4 hour in-person visits for up to 3 months of care.
Becoming a parent is a beautiful heart opening and humbling experience but it can also be filled with stress, challenges, and feelings of isolation. Commonly known as the “4th trimester”, the first days and weeks after baby is delivered is a crucial time for your body to rest, recover & replenish! Postpartum services can begin the day you give birth or months after the birth has occurred.
By affirming and normalizing the full range of emotions that comes with becoming a parent, a postpartum doula can help make the tender transition with a newborn smoother while holding a gentle container for families to adjust in finding their own dynamic rhythms. Since every family is unique, a postpartum doula offers holistic support and provides gentle care that nourishes and is catered to the family’s well being - whether its providing direct healing care to the birthing person, offering support to the partner(s) or other siblings, helping families establish daily routines and rituals that prioritize their well being, making nourishing meals for the whole family, or offering newborn assistance.

One time in-depth 2 hour meeting done during your prenatal period. Available in-person or virtually.
The postpartum period often gets overlooked when planning for the pregnancy, labor, and birth. After spending hours during labor and delivery, a lot of families are tired and sleep deprived by the time they bring the new born home. Ease this transition during this delicate time by preparing for the postpartum period prenatally. We will work together to establish a foundational postpartum care plan to ensure the transition into parenthood is bit more manageable knowing there is support lined up and a blueprint in place.
