Gualala, California

The Spring season offers us the chance to begin again, to release. To tend to those shadowy aspects of ourselves examining them by their root and planting new seeds for the life which supports our fullest expression.

When you imagine that life, what do you see? What grows there? How can we nourish that vision in our everyday lives?

Ayurveda has many profound practices to help us move towards this growth with right nutrition, herbal allies, being in alignment with nature, daily rituals, community and fierce self love! Those places in your heart have been waiting to bloom once given space to reach the sunlight.

Join us for a restorative joy-filled weekend of learning and connecting. Explore seasonal Ayurvedic self care and herbal practices to support your body and mind this spring and beyond. This retreat will be hosted on beautiful land in Gualala, CA, where the forest meets the ocean. Soak in daily offerings of yoga, homemade nourishing meals, Ayurvedic self care workshops, and make customized herbal body products to take home!

About the Location

Located in Kashaya Territory also known as Gualala, CA a few miles from the beautiful Northern California Coast. The retreat is located at a gorgeous family-run home and retreat center called the Stone Ranch retreat. The 80-acre land received it’s name from the father of the family, a talented stone mason, who would invite renowned artists, sculptors, and masons to craft unique buildings, sculptures, and art around the property; and now loved ones and guests from far and wide are able to bask in the timeless beauty of his creations. The result is a picturesque center that inspires walks on the land, movement, creativity, and group gathering.
